Tania Anderson

General Manager Operations

Tania Anderson is a highly skilled HR practitioner with over 15 years experience in operational and HR roles with some of Australia's leading organisations.

In more recent years Tania has specialised in areas of Learning and Organisational Development, Change Management and Project Management and her flare for systems has also seen her work on many major national system implementations.

Tania holds various qualifications which coupled with her wide ranging industry experience allows her to bring an insight into the common 'people' issues that affect all organisations. She thrives on partnering with business to achieve their operational and people objectives through providing practical and effective human resource support.

Tania is a certified member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) holding a CAHRI membership.

Justin

Justin Anderson

HR Officer

Justin has recently graduated from a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management at La Trobe University.

Whilst studying, Justin also worked in operations within the freight industry. With Justin's Bachelor of Business under his belt, he is now very enthusiastic about applying the theory learnt into practice.

Fresh and full of ideas, Justin will begin his career as a HR professional at hranywhere as a Graduate, being exposed to various elements of HR with the long term view and desire to specialise in Learning and Development.

Justin is excited by the opportunities offered by the hranywhere graduate program and looks forward to the invaluable experience he will gain and the many opportunities to add value.

Jo-Anne Grist

Business Manager

Jo has held the position of Business Manager at hranywhere since early 2008.

With an Associate Diploma in Business and a CV including such diverse roles as a systems trouble-shooter in the manufacturing sector, administrator in the tourism & conventions industry, trainer/supervisor in retail banking and owner/operations manager of a successful start up restaurant/catering firm, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

A recent arrival in Melbourne after lengthy engagements in Perth and Hobart, Jo is looking forward to enjoying all that this cosmopolitan city has to offer.

Sean Kelly

Senior Associate

Sean Kelly has over 20 years experience in a broad range of senior management roles with some of Australia's leading organisations including that of HR Transformation Manager for Coles Myers Supply Chain division, and HR Manager for Coles Myer's Corporate Office.

Sean applies his financial, commercial and project management skills to develop and implement HR solutions that have a positive impact on profitability. In more recent years Sean has specialised in areas of Organisational Restructuring and large scale Change Management Projects.

Sean has often been selected to manage major projects, taking advantage of his broad commercial skills and experience in people management to draw together team members from different functions into cohesive project teams.

Sean is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and holds CPA and MBA qualifications.

Lisa

Lisa Prest

Recuitment Manager

Lisa Prest has a broad range of experience with recruitment and general HR. In her previous role with national retail organisation Coles Myer, she was involved in the centralisation of recruitment and the implementation of an online recruitment system.

Lisa has completed a Bachelor of Science/Business at Monash University majoring in Marketing/Human Resources and Psychology. Lisa has a passion for recruitment and aims to satisfy both client and candidate.

Jane Williamson

Jane has been an Associate with hranywhere since June 2007 spending most of her time on Organization Development projects.

Jane began her HR career in 1997 at Kraft Foods. After a brief encounter with Employee Relations, Jane moved into the field she is most passionate about - Organization Development. Utilizing her psychology and teaching qualifications, Jane specialised in bringing to life the development cycle of employees.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Teaching - Deakin University (1994), a Postgraduate of Psychology - Monash University (2002) and is a registered Probationary Psychologist in Victoria (2003).
